Our in home design team are all highly trained design professions with plenty of industry experience. They'll take the angst out of the design process by considering all the design and build issues which may affect your project, and by communicating with you every step of the way.

In home service

When you book a quote, we'll arrange for a consultant to visit your home at a mutually convenient time to discuss your personal vision, and what you hope to achieve from a new outdoor area. We'll discuss the design possibilities, share photographs with you for inspiration, and take note of the weather patterns and sun's aspect which apply to your home. Only then will our consultant design a unique proposal tailored specifically to your needs and aspirations.

Design

And finally, to help make sure you'll be satisfied with the end result, we'll provide you with a computerised design – created using our very own advanced design system – which will give you valuable perspective on how your home improvement will look, as well as accounting for every last bolt and nail to ensure that we give you the best possible price.

Plans and approvals

Once you've chosen Softwoods to build your outdoor area, you can relax, knowing you're in good hands. Your design consultant will draw up and submit all your council plans on your behalf, saving you significant time, and hassle.

Check measure

If required, we'll send a specialist check measurer to double check all the measurements on site, to avoid time-consuming issues down the track.

Dedicated building department

Once your proposal is with council, you'll be contacted by our Building Department, who will coordination construction, keeping you informed of all developments as your proposal is approved, then packed, delivered and scheduled to build.

Skilled trades

Finally our team of dedicated builders will make your project a reality, making sure to take all care in keeping your home as clean and safe as possible during the process.
